Forgot to sanitize bottling bucket.

Not sure how I forgot, I've done this a billion times, but I managed to not sanitize my bottling bucket. Cleaned after every use, kept inside my mash tun when it's not being used. Sanitized the spigot before putting it on.

How likely am I to end up with bombs? :smack:

Should we just start a pool on what day they will explode?

Not very.

Beer is actually pretty resistant to infection, between the pH, alcohol levels and hops. If it was clean, you have a pretty good chance of not getting anything bad in there. Sanitize it next time tho

Thanks for the re-assurance. I figured as much but wanted someone else to confirm. I double garbage bagged the boxes just to be safe! Hopefully it all turns out well, it was one delicious brew.
