Long story short my brother in law and I brewed a 120 min IPA clone November of 2011. The plan was to age for 6 months then drink! Then he had a kid, then I bought and remodeled a house, then I had a kid...you get it.

It's been sitting in a keg in my mini fridge under a CO2 pad for 4 years. This year for Christmas I'm going to carb it and we are going to drink it!

Along the way my CO2 tank leaked and is now empty so I'm getting a new one today, I tasted the beer this morning and it has a strong malt flavor and no hint of alcohol its really very good. There is a hint of some sour flavors - not sure where these came from - they almost taste hoppy...

My question is what would you guys carb at (pressure) and would you do anything to the beer to help with the sour - ish taste. I realize it's late in the game. Thanks in advance!

More like a 2,143,795,064 minute IPA! :mug:

I would just carb it at serving pressure for a couple weeks and have at it. Those sourish flavors might diminish/get masked when it's carbed.
