Hello guys!
I recently entered into a beer competition.
The is a pretty short time frame to make the beer and have it ready in bottles.
I don't have a ton of experience bottling beers as I've always had my our own corny keg.
In an effort to save time I am wondering if it is possible to force carbonate in the keg, then transfer the carbonated beer into a bottle then cap it. I guess similar to how you would do with a growler.
I understand that it may not work as well as bottling from the start, but we could do this the day of the competition and am wondering it this is a viable option?
