Hi, Every one I brewed a beer under pressure 14psi and then cold crashed it for a week and the psi has fallen to 9psi, The beer tastes great and is slightly more than half carbed. I want to transfer to a keg through a filter and lager it and force carb it a bit more. What psi level should i push it through the keg? Also how long should I force carb it "set and forget" and what psi should I set it at? keeping in mine i keep my Gas bottle in the fridge if that matters?

When I transfer I basically set the pressure to "whatever gets the beer moving". It doesnt take much though. Maybe 2psi? No need to rocket it over to the new keg. If it is carbonated, that will just churn it up and make foamy, messy beer. I like to set and forget at ~20-25psi for about 4 days.
