1x ECY08 Saison Brasserie $10 + shipping
1x ECY03 Farmhouse Brett $10 + shipping

I just bought a 5 pack of yeast from Joe at Princeton Homebrew. I was only interested in the 3 Brett strains in the pack since I already have cultures of the 2 above. I should have checked the package date before coming to work but they are from Al's most recent distribution.

Price was what I paid for them, not marking them up. Shipping for one will probably be the same for both together, I'll add an ice pack as well.

Probably not technically but when I get a vial of that blend I usually only pitch half the vial into a 5 gallon batch of 1.050 wort. Then top the vial off with sterile water to store for the next beer. But I like to under pitch my Brett beers.

Al says his vials have 2-400 billon cells, so depending on your beer it might be enough.

Shoot him an email though, Ive heard him recommend doing a starter with half a vial then pitching the starter and the other half at the same time. I suppose he recommends that so not to alter blend proportions too much.

Edit: The Sacch in ECY03 is actually just ECY08 plus the Brett, I would imagine that you could pitch both vials into a 10 gallon batch and have plenty of cells and a healthy fermentation.
