I'm with you man. I was beside myself the last 50 seconds of the game hoping they'd make some sound choices. Unfortunately they didn't. I decided to pick them early before they started losing all their games. I guess I was already too late.

I was about 60/40 for taking PIT instead of CAR, but CAR was high on the list for this week too. Had them as my good options for this week and week 10. PIT looked like a better option this week and other teams may become good options for week 10 as the season goes on, so PIT is was.

Hey all -- I was part of the original pre-mulligan pool...made my pick for week 1 (JAC over TEN...oops) then left the country for a couple weeks. Figured since I blew the first week I didn't really need to pay attention, so missed the whole do-over. Oh well.

Anyway, don't want to be the guy who skipped out without paying, so I'll PM Yoop for the PayPal info and toss my $10 in. So whichever of you poor saps actually makes it to week 5 will have a $230 reward for your dart-throwing prowess.

Right- my initial thought was SD, but no way I'd touch a conference game this early. And Norv Turner is a wild card. He never has had a winning record that I know of, and never led a consistent team (as a head coach- he was a fine offensive coordinator). So, I thought I'd wait and see what SD would do before picking them in Survivor.

So, just me and Mutine left. Hmmmm. Side bets are encouraged.
