Eventually, I will need to refill my CO2 tank.

Is there a need to get "Food grade" CO2, or is all CO2 the same ?

CO2 is CO2. Get fire extinguisher CO2 if you want, get welding grade CO2, it's all the same!

I thought there was CO2 that had some kind of oils in it? Like with paintball guns. There must be a reason why it says "not for human consumption." I would do a little research before I assumed anything.

I worked at a gas place when I was in college the only difference between the beverage grade and welding grade is the little gas that is still in the beverage containers is removed before they are refilled (this gas is used in the welding tanks) I wouldn't think twice about using welding gas based on my experience with it.

I'm one that votes for CO2 is CO2. I've been going to a welding shop for well over a year and I'm still around and haven't noticed anything "funny" about my brews.
