Everything looks great until I get to the manganese. The average value is 4 times the SMCL for this metal and at worst, 8 times. Can you taste it (bitter, metalic)? Do you get ugly brown stains in toilet tanks, on laundry etc?
Without the Mn this is practically RO water and can, thus, be easily modified for almost any beer you want so you can look at the Primer for starting out ideas and then move on from there (spreadsheets/calculators) if you want to get more deeply involved.
The obvious solution to the manganese problem is, as it is in any case where you need to 'remove' something, dilution with RO water but it seems a pity to have to invest in an RO system for this otherwise very nice water. You might want to try the technique used for iron removal which should work for Mn as well. Thoroughly aerate the water (recirculate it through a sprayer with a pump, for example) and then filter through clean play sand. Backwash the sand to get rid of the hydroxide so you can use it again. Or if you and your family find the water unpleasant to drink you might want to consider a greensand filter for the house.
