I think I might know the answer to this, but before I start trying to fix it I am looking for a little confirmation. I finished my keezer a few weeks ago and I am having foaming issues when I first start to pour. I'll get half a glass of foam then after that I am getting good pours.
I am guessing that it is a problem with temperature uniformity inside the keezer. I'm guessing that because I get a good pour once I get through the foam that my balancing is ok in regards to the temp of the beer but the beer that is in the lines is warming up and therefore causing foaming until I get through that beer.
I am guessing a fan could help alleviate this. Thoughts?
