Hello Ya'll,

After a 7-year hiatis, I am back into homebrewing. Just finished bottling a batch last night. I'm starting off with kits and will work my way back to custom recipes at some point so I may have a few questions for you "old-timers" out there. Till them, I'm sure I'll enjoy perusing the rest of the posts.
