So I recently picked this up at a garage sale for $5. Here is a link to the same model: http://www.homedepot.com/buy/plumbing/pumps/flotec/1-12-horsepower-350-gph-liquid-transfer-utility-pump-41646.html.
I'd really like to use this to transfer from MLT to my BK. In general the wort is 155-160F. What do you think? Worth the experiment, or am I asking for oily wort/a melted pump?
I searched the forums before posting this and couldn't find an answer.
Thanks in advance!
