Has anyone done anything with these dregs?

I've been collecting a bunch of CS dregs and keeping them all together. Since the Flor D'Lees is a wild fermentation cultured from local fruit, I figured I'd keep these dregs separate from the rest of the house culture CS dregs, so I can make something specific with it.

Ill ask next time I'm there...but odds are they went into foeders, which means you'll also get the aggressive pedio and lacto, as well as the house bretts. But, always a chance that was done differently.

Question though...how was your bottle? Last bottle i tried was a tad buttery. Tap was fantastic on release night

I haven't opened my bottles yet, but I had some when is was in Denver for work a couple months ago. I was driving through Denver last month, so I made a stop and got a bunch of various bottles.

It could very well be that they put it in their foeders. I recall Flor D'lees being significantly less tart than the others I tasted, but that doesn't mean it might not have their house bugs in it anyway.

If you find out anything else about it, let me know.

Cheers.
