Made a five gallon batch all grain west coast IPA in Grainfather. Dry hopped with 7ounces. 3oz at three days and 4oz at 5 days. Moved the carboy to refer to cold stabilize. The majority of the hops have remained floating on top of the carboy. I want to keg in the next two day. What is my best approach. My first experience with this issue. Any suggestion.
thanks
JB

Two options, keep crashing it for more time until it all settles...or if you do an open racking from fermenter to keg (vs closed transfer), try tying a sanitized hop sock on to end of racking cane that will go in the beer to act as a filter. MoreBeer and even Amazon have this mesh filter that will go on the bottom of racking cane. If you have Amazon Prime, maybe you can get it before you keg. Just search for racking cane filter.
