Hi all,
I've read a lot about floaties on this forum but haven't heard much that describes what I'm seeing.
I have a beer in week 2 of cold conditioning (strong ale) and i noticed yesterday that i had a bunch of whitish brown floaties in the top inch or so of beer. I was a little tipsy when i was looking but I think it's possible they were originally on the inside top of the carboy (out of the beer) and then i ended up bumping the carboy they ended up getting into the beer. Does anyone know what this is? It's 38 degrees in the cold crash fridge in case you are wondering. Any guidance will be appreciated.
