Flavor Profile Help/ Tastes like delirium tremens

I brewed a batch a couple weeks ago and just sampled it today. It has a taste which I am really not fond of. Although I love beer this flavor is not loved by me. The only way to describe it is like Delirium Tremens. I also Had a Piraat a couple weeks ago that had the same flavor. Sorry! It's really hard to describe, so I'm naming every beer that kinda tastes like it.

I can't quite explain the taste, but I personally don't want to do it again.

It was "supposed" to be a Dunkelweizen. Here is the grain bill/hops.

your beer is green. bottle it and forget about it for a month. the taste will improve.
