I have a stout in the primary that I would like to split into two 3 gallon secondary's. I will have 2.5 gallons in each one and would like to add flavoring. In the first one I would like to add Vanilla extract (Alcohol based) and Coffee extract (Alcohol based). In the second one I would like to add a Mint extract (Alcohol based) and bakers dry unsweetened cocoa power. Im not to sure on what the doses should be. Ive read that the extracts go a long way and the cocoa in hard to keep suspended, so any ideas will be great! Thanks all!

I would use a 1/2oz at most of each extract. Instead of cocoa powder try chocolate extract. Remember you can always add more extract if it's not strong enough so don't over do it.
