Theres this foam coming out of my blow off tube smell like ginger. Its great. But is all the flavor and aroma blow off in the tube.
 
A lot of people will dose with spices or dry hop after primary fermentation is nearly complete to avoid losing the flavor and aroma in the blowoff tube.

Depending on how much ginger you used, you may need to ad back a little to taste at bottling/kegging. Soak in a little vodka and add in a little at a time until you get the flavor and aroma you want.
