Pretty straight forward, we had a beer lager at 34 degrees for 2 months, bottled it, opened it (tastes great), but flat. Opened one after the first week, 2nd one after two weeks.

I believe we should have added yeast before bottling. We added a tablespoon of the bottom slurry, but maybe should have been more (?).

So I bought Brewer's Best Conditioning Tablets. The plan is to add 4 tablets (medium) to each bottle and recap it. Is that a good plan? Is there a better plan?

The better plan is to wait. Most beers should show carbonation after two weeks, but that's not at all uncommon to have them take longer. Are they in a cool space? Try to get them up in the 70s if possible and wait a couple more weeks.

Adding more priming sugar will most likely either lead to bottle bombs, or if it is a yeast problem: nothing will happen.
