Found the link for advice on hopped fizzy water.

TLDR:
- Steep hops in 160˚ water for 20 minutes, then dry hop over night
- Filter and top up with water in 2 litre plastic pop bottle & cool
- use a carbonation cap to quick carb the 2 litre bottle
- Drink & enjoy!

Anyone done this before? Website authors says that the flavour changes quickly over a couple days. Any advice on how to create a more stable version?

Oxygen is bad for hops.
You need to:
1. Purge the bottle headspace with CO2 before and after using the cap to carbonate. User high grade CO2.
2. Bottle condition with some sugar and yeast to purge the oxygen. About 2 grams of dextrose per gallon is fine.

Natural bottle carbonation instead of force carbonation would give even more stability, along with purging the bottle headspace.

Very good info, thanks for this. I am a newbie to this stuff, but really want to try my hand at a Lagunitas-style hoppy drink. Do you have any small homebrew CO2 equipment that you can recommend?
