Fist AG batch Success!

Yesterday I brewed my first AG batch. I used a little too much sparge water and ended up with a lower OG. I was just amazed at how much more fun this is than extract. You actually feel like your making beer not some beer tasting syrup.

it's a slippery slope though - pretty soon you'll want a fully automatic HERMS with digital temp control and 3 pumps.

All-grain's also much cheaper than extract; use that as another excuse to make more batches.
