Just to update......
My airlock has been going crazy since Monday morning. About a bubble every millisecond. Had to use an extra frozen water bottle Tuesday and Wendesday morning before leaving for work to keep my swamp cooler temps under control. My fermometer never got above 65 though. So I'm sure that Wyeast 1272 was fermenting the crap out of my wort. Didn't have my bucket lid explode or anything, and didn't notice anymore kruasen in my airlock. Probably thanks to the Fermcap-S I used during the boil. As of this morning airlock activity has greatly slowed. I'm going to take a hydrometer reading this weekend and see where things are at. Then plan to bottle after 3-1/2 - 4 weeks in primary. Already planning to wash this yeast to use with my American Brown I have on deck to brew!!!!
