First timer making mead questions: am i doing everything i can?

This is my first attempt at making mead. The batch is a month and one week old. not a whole lot of foam on the top, slow bubbles in the airlock, and what looks to me honey at the bottom. should I stir the bottom up a bit? should I add more yeast nutrient? or leave it alone...

Definitely consider following "standard" advice and stir, and use nutrients at different times (called "staggered nutrient additions" or "SNA") to have a healthy mead.
