I ended up downloading the brewr android app, and it's quite a bit of fun to play around on.

I was playing around with creating a baltic porter extract, but I cannot seem to find any ingredient to up the srm? *Please note I was just testing how to create a recipe*.

Forgive me if this is completely wrong, I'm still way too new:
What's estimated for ingredients I picked out (estimated range for style)
OG: 1.071 (1.060 - 1.090)
FG: 1.018 (1.016 - 1.024)
IBU: 30.9 (20 - 40)
SRM: 14.2 (17 - 30)

3lb dark dme 60 min
1lb amber dme 60 min

1.5oz amarillo 60 min
.5oz amarill0 15 min

I have read that amber dme helps create a smoother beer when used with dark dme. The app lists 3lb dark dme as 18 srm and 1lb amber dme as 12.5 srm. I'm not experienced enough to know if these are ok values to go by. I set the batch to 2.5g with a 1g boil (I was just testing the app, but 3g boil didn't change anything but the IBU's)...

Is there anything I need to know for this, or do different? Don't worry about the hops picked - I used them as they fit the IBU range.
