I'm attempting my first hop burst tomorrow and was curious if this is enough hops. for the recipe.

I wouldn't say too much nor too few. I'm a big fan of hop bursting when it is appropriate and do it a lot for APAs or IPAs, and use about the amount you're using. Comes down to personal taste more than anything else.
