I Am New To This Game And Dont Know A Lot But I Would Love To Make Pear Cider Has Anyone An Easy Recipe I Could Follow. If Any One Could Answer This Question For Me I Would Be Really Greatful. Would Conference Pears Make A Good Cider Or Which Ones Would I Use. Also How Would I Get The Sparkle Into My Cider

I dunno about the pear question but I would geuss if ya did it just like apple cider you would be fine. 5 gallons of juice, some yeast and let it sit. As for getting the sparkle into your cider just add a bit of corn syrup to your bottleing bucket when you bottle. Use a carbonation calculator to figure out how much corn syrup to use. The beer recipitator (sp?) has a nice easy one to use.
