Hi all, I am brewing my first cider this year. I have 5 gallons of "100 % unsweetened, unfiltered HoneyCrisp apple juice" (recommended for use by my local homebrew store). I have been reading thru all of the cider recipe tips and I am so confused. All I want is a relatively easy brew that will be sweet, preserve the apple flavor and ready by fall. Any advice??? Thanks!
