First Successful Batch!!

So, my buddy and I finished our first batch and I must say that I am pumped. We did an Irish Red Ale from Northern Brewer and it is pretty damn good. My only complaints would be that I wish it was a little more carbonated (bottled for 3 weeks) and I wish it wasn't so hazy. It looks great, but I was hoping for a little more transparency. Any advice?

3 weeks isnt very long, it will clear with time.

What is the temperature where you are storing the bottles? Sometimes moving the bottles to a warmer area (next to your heater) will help with carbonation.
