Ok, so I am slowly trying to take my stab at recipe creation. With the help of The Recipator I have come up with this. Tell me what you think and what might need some changes? I am trying to go with something simple and tasty.

Panther Pale Ale

Brewer: - Email: -
Beer: Panther Pale Ale Style: American Pale Ale
Type: Partial mash Size: 5 gallons
Color:
12 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 68 IBU
OG: 1.055 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. 8 oz. American 2-row
8 oz. American crystal 40L
Mash: 70% efficiency
Boil: minutes SG 1.138 2 gallons
5 lb. 0 oz. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 2 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 15 min.)

id move the centennial add to the last 20 mins, since 45 is gunna add no flavor and you already have too much bitterness for a pale ale (should be <45 IBUs). I'd also move at least one of your additions to flameout or dry hop to get some aroma in there.

How about this?
