Is it an IED? No.. But it will help with explosive fermentation!!

Cut the holes too big for attaching the screws - but I kinda like it!
 
Very cool! Fermentation controller is such an important piece. Keep those fermentation temps exactly where you need them, then cold crash when all done. I bought a Johnson temp controller and never looked back.
 
I would have to agree. I've been holding my kolsch at 16c on the money. This is the first time I have ever wished I used a blow off tube. Really pleased with it works flawlessly.
 
I like that you have switches on the outlets. More control.

I'm building all of my STCs diretly into the fridge doors, and connected directly to the compressor for cooling and I use a heating belt connected with powercon. Been thinking about adding regular switches inline on the cables, but this gave me the idea to build them into the junction box inside the fridge. Thanks!
 
No probs! I was also thinking about putting the controller into the door. I was a little worried about condensation on the wiring though - I might look into this further when I can...
