I'm looking to try my first PM BIAB and wondering what kits out there would be a good starting point from either Midwest or Austin brew supply. Not sure if that even makes sense but I guess looking for any recommendations of kits that came out great with a PM method.

Just maybe not an IPA or a brown ale since I have one of each fermenting now.

Thanks!

I did a Cascade Pale Ale partial mash kit from Midwest that was really good.
I've done a few different Stouts and a Scottish Ale BIAB with their kits also and they have all come out fine.

once you start moving into mashing your grains you have a lot more styles available to you. You might want to take the leap into following a recipe instead of a kit?

I bought a couple of partial mash kits from Northern Brewer that came out great. I also like their website because they list their ingredients and recipe, so if you want to you can buy the ingredients and/or substitute or modify as you want.
