You do not need a 90 minutes boil. Cut it down to 60 minutes. For NEIPAs, you could also get away with a 30 minutes boil.

75 IBUs is a bit steep. You want maybe 40ish.

5% Caramel seems like a lot. You could just mash higher at 154-155F and drop the Caramel altogether, cut it in half or replace it with Honey malt, as some have used.

Thanks! I like to do a 90 minute boil because my evaporation rate is only around 4%; just playing it safe.

I cut the IBU contribution from the hopshot down to 40, but I think I'll pick up another 15 to 20 in the whirlpool. Thanks for the suggestions!

With the right grain bill, hops, yeast and water 60-70 IBUs will not feel too much...

When I did NEIPAs, I usually had around max. 40 IBUs. First addition was at 15-20 minutes and worked by way to the whirlpool.

Somewhere in the next two months, I will try to brew some DIPAs with a softer mouthfeel and juicy, but allowing the IBUs to go up to 70, maybe more.

Personally I would drop the Cara completely. I also only typically add 20IBU @60 and use WP for 30 min at 180F to get the rest of my bitterness, which with your additions I think you'll get enough from no problem.

I would also consider splitting regular pellets with your cryo (1/2 and 1/2 for the adds). Personally I like to blend them together, rather than using just lupul. Gives a fuller/deeper flavor in my opinion.

Either way, your recipe will be tasty!
