The light is my first shot at mead, store bought organic honey, water, yeast and raisins for tanning. Tastes like white wine without the tang. Purpley one is a cider I tried making at the same time. Honey, Apple juice, raisins, dried blueberries and yeast. It was ok. About to bottle my second batch.

I'm a fan JAOM for an easy sweet mead, and Ed Wort's apfelwien for an easy, dry, German-style cider.
