it is almost 80 here right now...got some family over and I have the brats and burgers on the grill....

Hopefully my bro-in-law can help nme kill off the smoked porter tonight so I can put the B's Honey wheat on gas....the sample I had last night when I racked has me pretty excited....
 
I just dragged the smoker out of the mud where the construction crew put it. 250 lbs of cast iron, six inches of mud and uphill! I've got 10 lbs of sausage ready to go. Probably pick up a pork loin or two and dust them with curry powder. More rain coming in though, so it looks like Sat/Sun for me.
