Hey all,
I want to try out this recipe I found: International Pale Lager Recipe - Japanese Rice Lager | Brewgr
The thing is, it is not clear to me if i should be lagering after diacetyl rest (at 21 degrees C, according to recipe) or not.
Also, i'm wondering how to bottle carbonate a lager like this, if you can even call this a lager..
any thoughts?
