Im looking at getting into kegging too and that has everything you need.
From reading on here you will want to get 15' of beer line not 5'.
Price wise I cant really say because I'm overseas, but that is cheaper that I could get it without a CO2 tank here......

It has everything you'll need to start kegging (except a way to keep the keg cold) and the price is reasonable.

If you're planning to stop at a single keg and picnic tap you'd get a better deal if you could find the keg and CO2 tank in the classifieds (here, Craigslist, etc, for ~$50 each).

If you think you'll want to end up with a multi-keg/multi-tap keezer or kegerator you may find a better deal getting it all together.
