First IPA and first all grain

As I am stuck here away from my 5 gallon equipment I ordered some stuff to make some 1 gallon batches. How does this look for a simple smash IPA?

Nothing wrong with that. will definitely find out what profiles you get from different hops and grains with smash beer

I would like to try something like this. I assume you are using US 05 yeast? How much?

I used about 1/3 of a pack on a gallon

i'd probably add just a touch of crystal malt...but i've done many of all base beers...works better for lagers though....
