First Harvest

Hey guys,

Relatively new to home brewing. Brewing my 2nd batch this Friday.

During the brew I'll be drinking some Spencer Trappist Ale. We just got the first American Trappist brewery here in Massachusetts.

For a fun little experiment I've brewed a small batch and am planning to harvest the yeast from the Spencer bottles to see how it goes.

Any suggestions?
