First full boil, is this normal?

I just finished my first all grain / full boil. As the wort chiller was doing it's thing, I noticed these "floaties" in my brew pot. Is that normal?

It's hard to tell what they are, kind of look like bubbles, or bird feathers?

If you get a good cold break, you really shouldn't have any protein floaties, but if it scum that is coming off the side of your kettle, then I wouldn't be concerned.
