First fermentation in One week

Hi guys,
I have a batch that started the First fermentation 8 days ago and today's just stopped (very slightly until it stopped as a natural process).
I've always had batches that completed the First fermentation in a couple of weeks and this Is the first time It's completed in One week (and the mead is starting to change the colore/opacity too).
Has it ever happened to you?

Fermentation can be complete in a week. If good nutrieng additionnand liw Original Gravity. What was the OG and what is the SG now? The only real way to tell if its done is to check the Specific Gravity with a hydrometer.

Final gravity is the only way to judge complete fermentation.
