Well its 330 pm,july 30,i just racked into the secondary,was in the primary since the 18th of july,it finished out at1.010,right on the mark ,i sampled just a taste ,and wow ,,when it gets through and carbonated ,it is going to be what i had hoped for ,i hope ,lol ,it has retained a really pretty purpleish hugh,kinda light in color .but a lot clearer than i thought ,must be the irish moss ,but ,two more weeks we gunna bottle it up.your beer bud bull .:mug:
 
the color looks different when you have that much beer in one vessel. its always way darker and more brown than what a poured glass will look like.

and the carbonation does wonders for mouthfeel and exposing the flavor to your tastebuds.
