Hey everyone! I wanted to send a big thank you to everyone on this board who has been willing to answer questions, no matter how simple or complex the question was. I started with my first can of extract roughly two years ago and have been brewing all grain for about the past year.
This past Sunday I entered my first competition which was Brew Riot in Dallas and placed 2nd in the Specialty Beer Category with my Mango Tango IPA.
I don't think I would have come as far as I have without the knowledge of everyone here. There isn't a question that I've had that when I've searched someone didn't have an answer (or at least a strong opinion). Thanks Again!
