I am entering my first competition end of this month. I have the batch bottle conditioning as we speak. Tasted first sample last night and it's good. I'm not expecting to win or anything but have a question on the entry. The competition is local so I can drop off the bottles. Should I deliver them cold (meaning store them in the fridge until delivery)? Or deliver them in the room temperature they are now without ever putting them in the beer fridge to chill?

Thanks!

I have to drop off by 27th. They've been conditioning about 18 days now at 73-74*F. There is no event for the competition. So I don't know when they are judging. You can drop off anytime before 8/27.

I always chill mine and deliver them cold. I usually ask the competition organizer about storage though if it's a new competition to me and the local competitions I enter I know they sit in a cooler until they are judged.

I think my plan will. E to throw them in the fridge until 8/27 and drop them off the last entry day. I'm guessing judging will happen within a day or two after that.

Thanks for all the help
