hi all, i've been brewing beer for a while and just decided to make a cider.
i talked to a couple of blokes and some recommend using sultanas for priming.
any thoughts on this or other ideas????

Sorry, I normally don't go on the web on weekends.

I used about 3/4 cup (or more specifically 4 oz.) per 5 gallons. This produced a 'sparkling' finish. I don't like flat stuff, save for wine so that was what I was shooting for. Although many 'tradtional' ciders are flat.
