So i have completed my first batch, a belgian wit (Blue Moon Clone) kit and have a few questions.

6.6lb wheat LME
6oz Flaked Oats (30 min 155 degrees)
6oz White wheat malt (30 min 155 degrees)
.75oz Coriander seed (5 min)
.75oz Bitter orange peel (5 min)
1oz Tettnang (60 min )
Wyeast forbidden fruit yeast #3463

OG was 1.050 FG at 1.015 past 2 days. I have seen no action today and gravity hasnt changed, now the questions, Im looking to keg and force carb but wondering if i should let it sit longer before kegging or cold crash a day or two then keg or just go to keg?

I would let sit at least a good 2+ weeks to let the yeast settle and drop out of suspension then you can drop the temp for a few days and then transfer or keg or whatever. Even tho it doesnt look like anything is going on there is still going to be activity.

In primary. I usually leave mine in primary for about 3 weeks then move to secondary for another 3-4 weeks. Then bottle
