Hello. My name is Seth. I joined because I found some really useful info on here for my first batch of brew. My older brother works for a brewery in Houston so he was a helpful resource as well. The main reason why I wanted to start home brewing is because I'm picky with beer. Belgian styles are the only ones I like. And those are expensive and hard to find where I'm at. So I decided to see if I could brew my own in hopes they could be as good or better than my favorites(Delirium Tremens and Nocturnum, Tripel Karmeliet, Gulden Draak, Duvel, Chimay Blue, Piraat, Maredsous Tripel, Affligem Tripel, Trappistes Rochefort 10, La Trappe Tripel, Westmalle Dubbel, Russian River Salvation and Damnation, Avery Salvation and Reverend...etc)

Anyways, while I'm enjoying a Delirium Tremens, my first batch is fermenting away. It's a Belgian Tripel style ale. Hopefully it will turn out well. :mug:
