My first homebrew is done! It's done carbing, and I put it in the fridge a few hours ago. This is only after 2 hours in the fridge.....2 weeks of fermentation, 3 weeks carbing in the bottle, then the 2 hours in the fridge.
It's a Weizenbier...but i added 1 oz. of orange peel and 1 oz. coriander....Yeast was a Belgian Saison.
Taste is getting very much progressively better. The Saison brings in a very strong kinda "moldy" taste at first.....at least that's how i describe it. It's already starting to get more sweet, and the carbonation really complements the Saison and helps it!

Congrats! Looks great.
Started my first batch (an American Cream Ale) 2 days ago and anxiously waiting for that first glass!

So for a month or so my spare time will be spent here, looking at equipment, and telling the kids they may not go to college as my garage is converted into a brewery.
