First brew day of the new year!!

Made a 10g Rye and a 10g Centennial Blonde. Looking forward to our next brew day....hmmm, what to make next time???

The set up looks a little messy, but Dang, we cam kick out the beer!!

I did my 1st of the year brew last Sunday,another batch of my Sunset Gold APA with different hops. It looks to have just finished initial fermentation.

I confess, I'm envious of a 20g setup. We're years away from the equipment purchases that would get us there...

I joined this group of guys last year....we work together. They have built up their equipment over the years. The owner of the house will throw some chicken on the smoker and we brew and eat. This time around was nice because the plate chiller really worked well in this "cold" weather.
