Well just popped open a bottle of my first homebrew (English Brown Ale, 1 week in primary, 3 weeks conditioning in bottles) and it came out great.

I have been so swamped with work these past three weeks (16-17 hour days) that I haven't even had a chance to get my second brew going. Hopefully this week I will be able to start up my apfelwein and I will kick some people out of the house so I can start the Pale Ale without them complaining about the smell

Way to go! Now dont' go and drink it all. Save some to test after another 4 weeks, and then 8 weeks.

I have already set aside 3 bottles. 1 to try in 4 weeks, another 2 for when I get back to school in september to try with one of my professors (He got my into homebrewing)

Now its time to work on refining my labels to make them at least respectable
