Started on an Irish Red Ale last night.

about 12 hours in now and it's bubbling like crazy!!!!!!

the wine I started on Thursday is going well also..!!

Can't wait to get a taste of this stuff...

Indeed, this board has been very helpful to me as well. I have my first stout and self-designed recipe fermenting since Friday night. I love the sound of that airlock.
