After trying some sour and funky beers lately, I have my first brett beer in a 10 litre fermentor. I brewed a beire de garde brune ( which finished at 1.000 ), and put it into a secondary with 2 bottles of orval. I plan on letting it sit for a month or 2 then bottling into some champagne bottles.
I've also brewed a Flanders brown, and plan to pitch a smack pack of roselare into 2 glass demijohns. I was going to get one full size demijohn, but I figured 2 3 gallon demijohns might give me some flexibility.
